Srinivasan KJ comes with more than 15 years of industry and consulting roles and has worked with global and regional organizations in India and Middle East. He has deep expertise in the areas of talent management, organization design, performance and incentives, leadership assessment and development and establishing HR shared service centre. He is a certified MBTI practitioner and is certified in various psychometric and capability assessment tools like 16PF, PAPI and IRIS. He has worked with large corporates spanning industries like Utilities, Telecom, Oil & Gas IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction amongst others. Before joining Kognoz, he was heading the performance and engagement for American Tower in India. Prior to this, he was worked with organizations like Infosys, Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS), PwC, Indus Towers and Protiviti.
He is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and PGDBM from MDI, Gurgaon. He is pursuing Executive Fellowship Program from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
