He has consulting experience with EY and industry experience with leading organizations in Insurance, Steel and Electronics.
He has delivered Organization Structuring, Job Analysis and Manpower Planning projects in Power, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Cement sector. He has worked with diverse clients in India, APAC, Middle East, US and UK across Industry Sectors including Retail, Manufacturing, Steel, Power, Utilities, Oil & Gas, BFSI, IT, ITES, Telecom, FMCG, Public Sector etc.
Mahim developed and implemented L&OD roadmap for a large steel organization with 12000+ headcount to transform the culture, enabling a learning environment. He led the people side of transition in APAC to set up the global shared services for a large American multinational from nil to 1200+ headcount and established career, leadership development, HI-PO, learning and talent processes. He led the Competency Profiling & Assessment Center (1200 assessments) based on Sports Psychology for hiring Hi-Potential recruits for a large diversified group. He was part of a project to facilitate Strategic Intent, Visioning Workshop, Organization Design, Competency Framework Design, Succession Planning, Development Centers for Senior Management, Values Branding, Culture Building for a large Indian organization. He has been part of assignments to assess digital talent and reskilling/ upskilling existing talent.
He has done rigorous stakeholder management, change management and project management as part of organization transformation assignments. Mahim has worked in both consulting as well as corporate HR roles with the right mix of experience in strategizing, planning, and executing HR interventions and projects.
He is a Master of Business Administration – Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering- Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi.
