Ibrahim Basha, Global client partner Kognoz Talent Solutions is responsible for driving revenue from the ASEAN region. He involves himself in crafting the marketing strategies, managing messages across marketing channels and creating the brand presence in the international markets. He also drives product alliances in the learning and talent management space. He comes with over 9 years of experience in B2B sales across different industries handling both Indian and International territories.
Prior to Kognoz he was working with Xoxoday, an HR Tech company where he carried out the company’s global sales and product development strategy, both short and long range, targeted towards the GCC and SEA regions. He has developed the postpaid B2B channel business for Bharti Airtel in North Chennai as well.
Ibrahim holds a B.E degree from Anna University, Chennai, and an MBA in Marketing from the School of Inspired leadership. His personal interests lie in trekking the Himalayan ranges and scuba diving.
